Want to know what to expect during your first appointment at South Ridge Dental? Curious about your payment options? Below, you’ll find plenty of helpful information that will answer both of these questions and more. Your First Visit

Our treatment philosophy is to customize every patient’s care based on their particular situation, and this will apply to your very first visit. If you just need a checkup and cleaning, one of our dentists will give you a comprehensive oral exam and you'll be taken care of by one of our awesome hygienists. Or, if you have a pressing problem, such as a toothache, we’ll get to work addressing that first. After your visit, we’ll send you home with a goody bag filled with dental supplies as a way of saying “Thank You!” for choosing us.

Rescheduling Appointments

Your time is very valuable to us, and it is our mission to be respectful of that. We ask the same of you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice . A fee may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. This policy helps us maintain a punctual office and ensure that we’re as available as possible for our patients.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, then our team will be happy to accept and file your claims on your behalf so we can maximize your benefits. We will always give you an estimate of how much of your care may be covered and what you’ll need to pay the day of your appointment. We will do everything in our power to give you an accurate estimate, but it should be noted that plans change their coverage frequently and often without notice.
